Session planning
Name the class, set start, time, and end, and choose how often it runs. Labels on the plan carry through to every class date.
Enrolment by date
Add a student from a start date, or end enrolment on a chosen date. They stay on classes up to that date and drop off afterwards.
Integrated Fees and invoices
Set a session price and a billing rhythm separate from when the class meets. EduAnn builds each child’s installments and raises Invvex invoices you can send.
Reports and audit
See who still owes, and how planned receipts split between money received and money still due. Every change is kept for a dated audit review.
Class dates and fee dates stay independent
A weekly class can still be billed monthly, quarterly, or once. The price plan is the child’s billing commitment. The session plan is when the class is held. EduAnn calculates installments from the session and the child’s start through the end of that session, then links each period to an invoice.
